Over the last ten years I have spent a significant amount of time working with individuals that have been made redundant. I have an NVQ level 3 in Career Guidance.

Over that time I have worked with hundreds of individuals, helping them to identify what they are good at, what jobs they will fit, getting their CV ready for the task, helping them to find the right opportunities and preparing for interview when it comes.

I enjoy working with groups in the classroom and introducing them to job search skills and techniques that are new to them, but I get particular satisfaction when an individual that I have worked with for a long time finally finds the opportunity that they are looking for.
