Interview Preparation
The process might be very informal and take just a few minutes, or at the other end of the scale it may be highly formal and take several weeks or even months. How ever long it takes, I know of no one who has got a job without some sort of interview. A good CV can get you to the interview, but it can’t win you the job. It’s your performance at interview that does that. You need to be prepared for it.

This phase is completed in three parts.
